 Virginia Robinson a person who I respect in the history of social work  I Admire  her because Virginia Robison was a feminist and a social worker just like me, She was a fighter of the movement and she was close to poor people, she was always with them trying to help, and I feel identified with her because that is what I want to aspire to, to be with people and implement a feminist vision that apart from helping people, especially women, can generate a critical thinking from that vision, being able to generate questions that help them to value themselves and help each other. She contributed to a sociological but more psychological approach,  showing  many psychological theories and to develop a new theoretical vision for social work. She focused especially on the relationship between social worker and persons, as a basic tool that accompanies the whole process of help.   Hello, good morning!! today I am going to talk about what I study. I study social work since I have always liked the social sciences and the work it has. Social work can generate great changes in the world and in society, since it focuses on making profound changes or improvements to systems, helping individuals or groups who are at social risk, causing social workers to be agents of change. Social work is vital to progress as a society since it seeks social development. In the process I see myself in the future working and being a true contribution to society, making far-reaching changes, although I still don't know in which area I would like to specialize, since I like many, but I hope to be a great social worker who can be of great contribution to the development of society and of course that I enjoy and I am passionate about exercising it from the field that I find myself.

Hello, good Morning!!!  Today looking at the photos that I had saved I found this one, for me it is a beautiful photo that reminds me of a beautiful vacation I had with my family, that summer we went to a place called Los Tilos, that place is almost reaching the paso de aguas negras, there is no telephone signal or light, there is only an old house, but it looks like an oasis, since everything around it is dry, as seen in the photo, but around the house everything is green, it is as if there is a point of life in everything dry. This photo means a lot to me, because those vacations were very special, I managed to disconnect from everything, live for a few weeks without technology, enjoying nature, the beautiful starry sky and tranquility. The linden trees have always been a place that I remember with a lot of love, and that I am always excited to visit.

  Good morning!!! Today I'm going to talk to you about my favorite food, which is tacos or burritos. Tacos are a Mexican food, which are made from a wheat flour tortilla, filled with various ingredients, usually with meat, chicken, cheese, guacamole, lettuce, beans, sauces, among many others. The way to prepare them is very easy, you must have the ingredients with which you want to fill them, have everything cut, fried, grated, cooked, or ground, depending on the ingredient you want to add, then heat the tortillas in a pan or in a microwave, and then fill it to taste and close it by making a roll, to later enjoy. I love this dish because I can choose what to fill it with, so I will always like it, and it will not always taste the same, because I can change the ingredients. The tacos should not affect my health if I fill them in a balanced way, if I put vegetables and nutritious foods on them, but if I only fill them with ingredients high in fat, sugar, or sodium, they will affect...

 My favorite technological device is the smartphone, which is a device to make calls on a portable basis, in addition to currently having the possibility of connecting to internet networks, using this to be able to have applications, both for entertainment and communication, It includes a camera and many other things that makes it a pocket computer. I got my first phone when I was 10 years old, my parents gave it to me and it was my mother's old phone, at that time my phone was full of games and I used it only to play and communicate with my parents. It has become my partner, it is always with me, and I tend to use it whenever I want, I mainly use it to communicate with my friends, watch videos and photos. I like the telephone because it gives me the facility to communicate with people who are far away and thus interact, adding that I have fun looking at certain things.   I chose to study social work because I have always been interested in the social sciences, especially as in this area it could generate a change both in society and in people. So when I applied to college my options were Social Work, Psychology and Sociology. A week before applying, I was still wondering whether to put Social Work or Psychology first, but thanks to my couple I discovered that I wanted to study social work.
